Esmach Mixers from Forza Pizza

When it comes to pizzeria equipment the choices can feel endless. However, those choices diminish when you are committed to the best. It takes more time, testing, and difficult decisions to commit to the best but that is what you can expect from Forza Pizza. We don’t select equipment based on availability, sellability, convenience, or to simply be able to offer more. We select based on longevity, function, and performance. If that is also how you select your equipment, we are the company for you. If not, there are plenty of “big box” online retailers with basic equipment and little to no service.

As you know, our first equipment offering was PizzaMaster electric deck ovens which have proven time and time again to be the best and most versatile pizza oven. Period. Now, after lots of testing and customer feedback, the best just got better. Forza Pizza is proud to offer Esmach spiral and “bracci tuffanti” (diving arm) mixers. A proven brand in the US and abroad which represents the pinnacle of Italian design and function. We can now say we also have the best and most versatile mixer. Period. Please take a look at the catalog linked below or visit the Esmach page for more info.

Esmach spiral mixers go by the model number SPI F-30 to SPI F-300 and can mix anywhere from 2 kg up to 300 kg of dough. They have two motors, two speeds, and two timers with additional features such as reverse gear, reinforced arm, and oversized breaker bar. Two timers allow for automatic transition from low speed to high speed.

Esmach “Bracci Tufanti”, or diving arm, mixers go by the model number BITE/N 45, BITE/N 60, and BITE/N 80. Diving arm mixers are meant to mimic the motions of mixing and kneading dough hand. Particularly effective for higher hydration doughs, the “Bracci Tuffanti” mixers come in variable or two speed and with two timers. When the mixer is stopped, the arms always return to the high position for easy unloading and cleaning. A solid cast iron structure, die cast aluminum arm connections, and stainless steel arms make for the most robust diving arm mixer available.

Esmach mixers are UL 763 certified.
