Forza Pizza at NRA Show 2015

It pays to know people in the pizza industry. Like my buddy Gianni from Zero Ottantuno (081) Pizzeria Napoletana. He's in the know when it comes to the latest pizza products, events, and trends, so when the brick oven companies need a couple pizzaioli to crank out some pizza and help sell their ovens at NRA Show 2015 they ask him. And then he asked me. Sure, I'll go to one of the nation's biggest restaurant shows and cook pizza for two days at the Rosito Bisani booth.

I had a great time, met some great people, ate some great food, and made some great pizza. I look forward to doing it again next year!
