Sicilian “Prucola” Video

A Sicilian style take on the classic prosciutto and arugula pizza. Or as we like to call it, “Prucola”. And because all white pizzas need a sauce, Forza Pizza’s roasted garlic cream sauce takes this one to the next level. Enjoy the video!

Ingredients

• Forza Pizza’s Simple Sicilian Pizza Dough

• 1/2 lb Sliced whole milk mozzarella

• 1/2 Serving of Forza Pizza’s Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce

• a few bunches of arugula

• Approximately 12 slices, or 1/4 lb of thinly sliced prosciutto

• A few handfuls of shaved parmigiano

• A few drizzles of extra virgin olive oil

Steps

1. Just sit back and watch the video! It’s all there.

2. This was baked for ~15 minutes, in an electric home oven, at 500F, on the convect setting.
